By accessing and using FL Inspection Forms, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
FL Inspection Forms provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for creating Florida-specific insurance inspection reports (Wind Mitigation, 4-Point, Roof Certification). We do not perform inspections; we provide the tools for licensed inspectors to create reports.
Fees: The Service is billed in advance on a recurring basis ($30/month or $300/year).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
You certify that you hold the necessary licenses to perform home inspections in the State of Florida. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the reports.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
